Unionized editorial employees at Law360 are holding a one-day strike on Wednesday, highlighted by a mid-afternoon rally and a day-long picket line exterior company headquarters in New York Metropolis.
The work stoppage comes after The NewsGuild of New York filed an unfair labor follow cost on behalf of Law360 Union towards LexisNexis on Tuesday. The idea of the cost is a Nov. 16 bargaining session by which LexisNexis representatives threatened Guild members with much less favorable phrases the longer negotiations proceed.
